Philip Arnfield is a strategic advisor and business leader with a career-long focus on driving growth through executive accountability. With a professional foundation as a Chartered Accountant, Philip has moved beyond traditional finance to lead management advisory boards for seven private businesses across a diverse range of industries.

Operating from the core belief that every organisation has the potential to grow and improve, Philip works closely with leaders encouraging them to define an ambitious three-to-five-year vision, craft an actionable plan aimed at its achievement and champion the creation of systems infrastructure across key departments including, production, sales, pricing, operations, human resources and finance. As an advisory board Chair, he is known for his disciplined approach to managing agendas, providing commercial insight, and challenging executive teams to deliver on agreed-upon outcomes.

Joining the Playford Trust Board as Treasurer in 2026, Philip brings a wealth of cross-sector experience and a commitment to maintaining the financial integrity and long-term strategic health of the organisation.
