Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden

The Australian Arid Lands Botanic Garden in Port Augusta, was established in 1993 to research, conserve and promote Australia’s arid zone flora.

Covering 200 hectares, it features thousands of plants from areas receiving 250 mm or less of rainfall and is home to more than 150 bird species, as well as reptiles and mammals.
