Playford Trust
St Mark’s College Residential Scholarships

The Playford Trust in partnership with St Mark’s College offers two scholarships for students living at St Mark’s College, a university residential college for students studying in Adelaide.

The scholarships will provide financial support to high-achieving and motivated South Australian students to make the most of their studies, achieve their potential and contribute to South Australia’s knowledge, skills and research base.

Two scholarships are available to first-year students, ready to commence an undergraduate degree studying science, engineering, mathematics, or technology subjects at one of the three South Australian public universities.  The aim is to help students overcome the practical and financial disadvantages associated with living away from home.

The successful recipients will receive a contribution towards their residential costs at St Mark’s College to the value of $8000.

The scholarships will be awarded on academic merit with due regard for financial need, character and community contribution.

The Playford Trust will consider nominations from students enrolled at, and recommended by St Mark’s.
